The Relationship of Good Governance with Public Trust Mediated by Perceptions of E-government Effectiveness

هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین ادراک در پاسخگویی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و شفافیت با اعتماد عمومی میانجی‌گری اثربخشی درک شده از حکومت الکترونیکی مدیریت دولتی می‌باشد. طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش حاضر استفاده یک میدانی مقطعی کمی صورت پذیرفته است. داده‌های اولیه سطوح جـامـعه آماری مربوط به 23 دفتر فعال خدمات انتظامی (پلیس10 +) سطح استان گیلان بوده حجم نمونه 392 نفر مراجعه‌کنندگان دفاتر خدماتی می‌باشد که طریق گیری احتمالی (تصادفی طبقه‌ای) انتخاب گردیده روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی نظر نوع تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات توزیع پرسشنامه یافته‌های پژوهش: برای تمامی پیوندهای فرضی (روابط مستقیم غیرمستقیم) نتایج مثبت دست آمد. R2 تغییر 2/79 % را کلیت دولت دلیل تمام ساختارهای میانجی نشان می‌دهد. R2برای الکترونیک 4/56٪ نمایانگر رابطه حکمرانی خوب انتظارات شهروندان به‌واسطه محدودیت‌ها پیامدها: محدودیت انجام آن حوزه جغرافیایی قابلیت تعمیم کل کشور دشوار می نماید. پیامدهای عملی: چارچوبی اجرایی راستای اثربخش بودن ارائه می‌نماید. ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: مقاله مطابق استدلال‌های شده، نتیجه رسید شیوه‌های باعث ایجاد افزایش می‌شود، بنابراین جهت‌گیری‌هایی خط‌مشی‌های کلیدی همچنین یافته‌های تحقیق اعتبار نظریه کمک پژوهشی
